Hatches Up is an online ordering platform designed specifically for street-food vans. Since we started in 2020, we’ve successfully helped independent street-food businesses manage over 400,000 orders, and we’re always evolving to improve the platform and support more local businesses.
Our platform is designed around the unique constraints of operating as a street food vendor. You can easily manage multiple different locations for events, control the menus for each location, and list the specific timing of pitches. Adding capacity rules allows you to regulate the flow of orders to avoid an overwhelming rush at peak times during a pitch, and stock rules ensure that menu items don't get oversold.
