Earlier in her career, Laura worked at Children''s Hearings Scotland, transitioning from communications to digital transformation and product management, implementing impactful digital initiatives as Digital Programme Delivery Lead. With a rich background in product development and digital delivery, Laura brings experience in managing cross-functional teams, driving product strategy, and delivering customer-centric solutions in dynamic environments.
